Bomb-Mane Wholesale Terms & Conditions
By applying for and purchasing through a Bomb-Mane Pro Wholesale Account, you agree to the following terms, policies, and business standards designed to protect salon margins and preserve professional brand integrity.
1. Pro Eligibility & Account Verification

Cosmetology Verification: Wholesale accounts are restricted exclusively to licensed cosmetologists, certified extension specialists, and licensed salon business owners.

Documentation Required: Applicants must provide a valid state cosmetology license number, salon business license, or official extension certification during registration.

Account Review: All applications undergo manual verification. Bomb Mane reserves the right to request additional documentation or deny/revoke wholesale access at any time.
2. Pricing & Resale Policy (MSRP / MAP)

Trade Pricing Confidentiality: Wholesale pricing is strictly confidential and visible only through authenticated Pro Portal accounts. Pros must not publicly disclose, share, or publish trade pricing.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP): When retailing packaged hair extensions or tools directly to clients, pricing must meet or exceed Bomb-Mane’s recommended Minimum Advertised Price.

Prohibited Third-Party Sales: Reselling Bomb-Mane products on unauthorized third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, or unauthorized e-commerce sites) is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.
3. Ordering & Minimums

No Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): There are no minimum order quantities required for active Pro accounts. Pros receive wholesale pricing on single-pack orders as well as bulk orders.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order placement via credit card, debit card, or approved installment providers (e.g., Shop Pay). We do not offer net payment terms (Net 30/60).

Order Modifications: Due to rapid same-day fulfillment, orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Fulfillment: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM CST ship the same business day.

Delivery & Inspection: Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon carrier delivery. Pros must inspect shipments within 48 hours of delivery to report discrepancies, defects, or incorrect items.

Appointment Scheduling: Bomb-Mane is not liable for lost salon income or missed client appointments resulting from carrier transit delays. Always order hair in advance of installation dates.
5. Returns, Alterations & Quality Guarantee

14-Day Exchange Window: Unopened hair in its original factory condition with all security seals intact is eligible for return for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Hygiene Compliance: Under federal and state health laws, hair packs with broken seals or signs of handling/installation are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Chemical Alterations & Void of Guarantee: Toning, depositing color, lifting/bleaching, cutting weft tracks outside of method guidelines (e.g., cutting traditional Hand-Tied wefts), or applying non-recommended chemical treatments immediately voids all product warranties and return eligibility.
6. Intellectual Property & Brand Representation

Marketing Assets: Active wholesale account holders are granted permission to use official Bomb Mane marketing materials, shade charts, and imagery solely for in-salon promotion and client consultations.

Logo Use: Pros may not alter, distort, or create derivative versions of the Bomb Mane logo or brand assets without prior written consent.
