How do I qualify for a Bomb-Mane Pro Account?

Pro accounts and wholesale pricing are reserved exclusively for licensed hairstylists, salon owners, and certified extension specialists. Simply fill out our Pro Application form with your cosmetology license number or state certification details. Approvals are typically processed within 24–48 business hours.
Is there an order minimum for wholesale pricing?

No minimum order quantity (MOQ) is required for verified Pro accounts. Whether you need a single pack for a hybrid fill or full bundles for multiple installations, you receive exclusive pro pricing on every order.
How do I access Pro pricing on the website?

Once your Pro application is approved, log into your account using the email tied to your approval. All product pages and collections will automatically reflect your discounted pro rates.

What quality is Bomb-Mane hair?

All Bomb-Mane extensions are crafted from 100% full cuticle-intact human hair, ethically sourced and carefully processed to ensure long-lasting shine, movement, and tangle-free wear. Density remains consistent and thick from root to ends.
Can the hair be custom-toned or colored?

Yes. Because the cuticles are completely intact, our extensions can be safely deposited on, toned, or glossed with professional demi- or semi-permanent color. We recommend doing a test strand first and advising against lightening/bleaching the extensions to preserve their structural integrity.
Can Genius Wefts or Hand-Tied Wefts be cut?

Our Genius Wefts can be cut anywhere along the track without fraying or unraveling—no glue required. Traditional Hand-Tied Wefts should not be cut; they must be folded or customized at the seam using standard hand-tied installation methods.
How long does the hair last?

With proper salon maintenance and pro-recommended home care, Bomb-Mane hair lasts between 9 to 12+ months across multiple re-install appointments.

How fast do orders ship?

We know behind-the-chair timelines are critical. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM CST ship the same day. Expedited shipping options (Overnight) are available at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?

Unopened, unused hair in its original factory packaging with security seals intact can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened hair packs cannot be returned.
Do you offer swatches or color rings?

Yes. We offer complete Color Swatch Rings as well as individual method swatch rings to help you achieve seamless, true-to-tone matches in your consultation chair.
